W-beam and thrie-beam structures are available. The continuous corrugated profile helps distribute the force generated during a vehicle impact. Its modular connection design also makes the system easier to transport, install and maintain. If one section is damaged, individual components can be replaced without removing the entire guardrail line.
The product is suitable for highways, urban expressways, mountain roads, bridge approaches, road curves, roadside slopes, central medians and sections near water.

Structural Options and Surface Protection

Common steel plate thickness ranges from 2.5 to 4.0 mm. The typical length of each beam section is 3,200 to 4,320 mm. Posts can be manufactured in C-shaped, U-shaped, round-tube or square-tube structures, with a common wall thickness of 4.0 to 6.0 mm.
Hot-dip galvanizing is available for long-term outdoor use. Powder coating can also be applied after hot-dip galvanizing when the project requires an additional surface finish or a specific color. The zinc coating requirement is confirmed according to the applicable project standard.
A Road Safety Guardrail should not be selected only by comparing steel plate thickness. Buyers should also check the beam profile, post spacing, foundation conditions, fasteners, terminal design and any collision test documents required by the project.
