The product can be manufactured from round tubes, square tubes, U-shaped rails or modular horizontal-beam structures. Common heights range from 300 to 1,200 mm.
Round-tube diameters normally range from Ø48 to Ø114 mm. Square-tube sections commonly range from 50×50 to 100×100 mm, while material wall thickness is generally 2.0–4.0 mm. Post spacing usually ranges from 1,000 to 2,000 mm.
Depending on parking lanes, equipment positions and pedestrian routes, the guardrail can be produced in straight, U-shaped, L-shaped or corner configurations.

Suitable Locations and Use Limitations

Warning colors, reflective strips or signs can be added to distinguish vehicle routes, walking areas and equipment zones.
The product is suitable for underground car parks, commercial parking areas, logistics warehouses, loading zones, toll lanes, equipment rooms and building entrances. A flange-base installation allows individual sections to be removed, repaired or replaced.
Different surface coatings can be selected for indoor, outdoor or coastal locations.

Laser tube cutting, bending, metal cutting, robotic welding and coating equipment can be used for tube preparation, U-shaped forming, flange-base production, frame welding and surface treatment.
The project team can review vehicle turning areas, pedestrian passages, toll equipment, loading areas and equipment-room boundaries. Guardrail height, tube size, post spacing and installation positions can then be confirmed.
Different shapes, warning markings and colors can be combined within one order for separate functional zones.
Sample Confirmation and Shipmentils
The minimum order quantity for regular small products is 10 pieces. Straight, U-shaped, L-shaped and different-colored products can be mixed in the same batch.
A simple sample normally requires 5–7 working days. It can confirm tube size, welded structure, flange dimensions and surface finish before mass production.
Standard products usually require 7–10 working days for production and shipment after the deposit is received.
Before packaging, each item is checked for dimensions, welding, paint condition and visible appearance. Corners and flange areas receive additional protection. The products are then secured with a frame and stretch film.
If accessories are damaged during transportation, photos or videos may be submitted for verification and replacement support.
