Temporary Construction Hoarding
Temporary Construction Hoarding is used around building sites, road repairs, municipal renovation work, equipment maintenance areas, exhibitions and temporary storage zones.
Modular Site Boundary for Short-Term Projects
Temporary Construction Hoarding is used around building sites, road repairs, municipal renovation work, equipment maintenance areas, exhibitions and temporary storage zones.
The product can be manufactured as a solid metal hoarding panel or a movable mesh-panel system. Common heights range from 1,800 to 2,500 mm, and the usual width of each panel is 2,000–3,000 mm.
Metal sheet thickness generally ranges from 0.4 to 1.0 mm. Frames can be made from 25×25 to 50×50 mm steel tubes with a common wall thickness of 1.2–2.0 mm.
Available installation methods include concrete foundations, movable bases, anchor bolts and weighted support systems. The correct method depends on the site surface, intended service period and need for future relocation.

Screening, Signage and Reusable Components

A modular system can be installed, removed and reused more easily than a permanently built boundary. Damaged panels can also be replaced individually.
Solid panels reduce direct visibility into the work area. Their surfaces may include project names, safety notices and directional information. Temporary gates, warning lights, braces and dust-control accessories can also be added according to the site plan.
ASTM F3342 provides guidance related to temporary fencing applications at construction sites. However, actual design should follow local requirements and consider the total height, intended service period, wind conditions and foundation method.
Temporary Construction Hoarding should not carry large advertising fabrics or other attachments that greatly increase the wind-exposed area unless the structure has been reviewed for that use.
Processing for Corners, Gates and Phased Construction
Nantong Yinuo can manufacture hoarding panels, frames, posts and accessories according to the site boundary, corner positions, entrances and ground conditions.
Laser cutting, CNC plasma cutting, bending, punching and robotic welding equipment can be used for sheet cutting, folded reinforcement, frame production and gate fabrication. The coating department can also process project colors and marked areas.
For sites that are built in stages or require repeated movement, the team can help confirm panel size, base style, brace positions and disassembly method.
Products can be numbered and packed according to each construction area. This helps site workers identify the correct components and reuse them during later phases.
Production Schedule and Packing Arrangement
A regular simple product usually requires 7–10 working days for production and shipment after the deposit is received. Orders with custom graphics, irregular corners or special gates normally require 15–25 working days depending on complexity.
A sample can be arranged before batch manufacturing to confirm sheet thickness, frame size, color, signage and connection details.
During production, cutting, bending, welding, coating and finished-product photos can be provided. Before shipment, the factory confirms the packing and transport plan.
Each panel is inspected for dimensions, welding quality, painted surface and visible appearance. Corners are protected, while frames and sheet sections are secured according to the installation batch to reduce loose parts and site mismatching.
