Common materials include 5052, 5754 or aluminium alloy sheets specified by the project. Typical dimensions range from 500 to 3,000 mm in length, 300 to 1,200 mm in width and 300 to 1,000 mm in height.
Sheet thickness is normally 1.5–4.0 mm. Internal reinforcement, removable liners, insulation layers or water-storage and drainage systems can be added according to the plant type, placement environment and maintenance requirements.
Aluminium sheets can be bent and processed into straight, rounded, tapered or modular planter forms.

Surface Finishes and Suitable Projects

Compared with a steel planter of the same size, an aluminium planter normally has a lower weight. This can support transportation, handling and installation in rooftop or other weight-sensitive areas.
Available finishes include powder coating, fluorocarbon coating, anodizing and wood-grain effects.
The Aluminum Flower Box is suitable for rooftop gardens, balconies, hotels, offices, commercial squares, residential projects, waterfront spaces and public buildings.
ASTM B209 may be used as a material reference for aluminium and aluminium alloy sheets and plates. For coastal or high-salt environments, buyers should also review the aluminium alloy grade, pretreatment process, coating system and connections with other metals.
Product suitability should not be determined only by the statement that aluminium does not develop red rust.
Engineering Support and Sample Development
The factory has an independent research and development engineering team. It can support new product shapes, structural reinforcement and surface coating adjustments.
Laser cutting, bending, punching, welding and milling equipment can process aluminium panels, planter bodies, reinforcement parts, liners and drainage components.
For rooftop, balcony and commercial-space projects, technical staff can review sheet thickness, internal support, handling details and effective planting space according to the buyer's drawings or models.
A sample can be produced before formal manufacturing to check proportions, color and assembly results.
Quality Checks and Protective Packaging
The minimum order quantity for regular products is 10 pieces. Different colors and styles can be combined within one batch. One set can also be accepted for an irregular custom planter.
A simple sample normally requires 5–7 working days. A complex irregular sample generally requires 10–15 working days.
Quality inspection covers raw material thickness, welding, coating, finished dimensions and trial assembly. Painted surfaces and general appearance are checked again before packaging.
Small planters are wrapped with EPE foam and packed in export cartons. Large products are secured with frames and stretch film. Production photos can be supplied regularly during manufacturing.
