Available material grades include 304, 304L, 316 and 316L stainless steel. Material selection can be based on indoor, standard urban, coastal or humid environmental conditions.
Common lengths range from 500 to 3,000 mm. Standard widths are 300–1,200 mm, while heights range from 300 to 1,000 mm. Sheet thickness is generally 1.2–3.0 mm.
Internal reinforcement, waterproof liners, soil-separation panels and drainage components can be included. These parts reduce direct contact between planting soil and the metal planter body and improve the stability of larger units.

Surface Direction and Environmental Use

Available surface effects include brushed, satin, mirror-polished, sandblasted and colored finishes.
The product can be manufactured in straight, round, tapered or irregular forms. It can also be coordinated with glass, stone, timber and other metal materials.
A Stainless Steel Flower Box is suitable for hotels, commercial centers, office buildings, residential lobbies, airports, exhibition spaces, urban squares, waterfront areas and indoor public spaces.
ASTM A240/A240M may be used as a material reference for stainless steel sheets, plates and strips.
Stainless steel does not remain free from corrosion or surface contamination in every environment. For coastal, high-chloride or industrial locations, buyers should evaluate 316 or 316L and consider weld treatment, cleaning requirements and contact with other metals.
Processing of Visible Surfaces and Joints
Nantong Yinuo can manufacture planters according to architectural and landscape drawings. Production includes laser cutting, bending, welding, grinding and final surface treatment.
For brushed or mirror-finished products, the surface direction, joint positions, corner details and visible welded areas can be confirmed before manufacturing. This helps prevent inconsistent surface patterns across adjacent panels.
The project team can also review planter placement, planting depth, drainage and liner-removal requirements. Sheet thickness, internal structure and processing methods can then be selected according to the approved design.
Inspection, Production Updates and Shipment
Production is available according to CAD drawings, 3D models or physical samples. A pre-production sample can confirm the material grade, dimensions, surface appearance and internal structure.
The factory accepts third-party inspections before shipment. Quality checks cover sheet thickness, welding, dimensions, surface scratches and visible defects.
The normal production period for custom products is 15–25 working days. Processing and finished-product photos can be supplied every 3–5 days.
Small planters are protected with EPE foam and export cartons. Large planter bodies are secured with an external frame and stretch film. If damage occurs during transportation, dedicated after-sales staff can review photos or videos and coordinate further handling.
