Common fence heights range from 2,000 to 6,000 mm. Chain-link structures normally use mesh openings of 45–60 mm. Welded mesh structures can use openings of 50×100 or 50×200 mm.
The usual wire diameter is 3.0–5.0 mm. Post spacing commonly ranges from 2,000 to 3,000 mm. Posts can be manufactured from Ø60–114 mm round tubes or 80×80 to 120×120 mm square tubes.
The final combination of height, mesh structure and post size should be selected according to the sport, court dimensions, foundation conditions and overall structural requirements.
Ball Containment and Site Configuration
A higher mesh fence can reduce the number of footballs, basketballs or tennis balls leaving the playing area. The open mesh maintains visibility and airflow around the court.
The system can include straight sections, corner sections, overhead netting, internal divider fences and entrance gates. Soft protective netting, post padding or different coating colors may also be included according to the use of the site.
Applications include football fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, school playgrounds, training centers, multi-purpose sports grounds and community sports facilities.
The Temporary Outfield Fence should not be designed only according to its total height. Ball impact, wind load, additional upper netting, lighting equipment and gate positions can all change the forces acting on the posts and foundations.

The engineering team can review the total boundary length, lighting pole positions, spectator areas, entrances and ground foundation. Post spacing, panel or roll divisions, gate opening directions and the installation sequence can then be confirmed.
For high fences, overhead netting or combined structures, connection points and site lifting conditions can be discussed before production to reduce later adjustments.

Production is available according to CAD drawings, 3D models or confirmed site measurements. A complete custom project can start from one set.
Products with irregular corners, high posts or special gates normally require 15–25 working days. The exact schedule depends on the project quantity and structural complexity.
A pre-production sample can be supplied to confirm the mesh opening, wire diameter, post size, color and connection process. Photos of post processing, gate welding, coating and finished products can be provided every 3–5 days.
Before packing, the factory checks dimensions, welding, painted surfaces and visible appearance. Foam protection is added to corners and gate areas. The order is then secured with an external frame and stretch film. Remote installation guidance, maintenance support and replacement of damaged parts can be provided after delivery.
