Zinc-steel guardrails refer to guardrail products made from closed-section profiles that have undergone hot-dip galvanizing, roll forming, and electrostatic powder coating.
The thickness of the metal components of zinc-steel guardrails should meet the following requirements: the wall thickness of steel pipe posts should not be less than 3.0mm, the thickness of single-plate posts should not be less than 8.0mm, the thickness of double-plate posts should not be less than 6.0mm, and the wall thickness of handrails should not be less than 2.0mm. Zinc-steel guardrails have advantages such as high strength, high hardness, beautiful appearance, and bright colors, making them a mainstream product used in residential communities, factories, schools, and road traffic.
